UPDATED AGAIN LAST TIME - VBA LISTBOX

Okay - I got what I want to work with my list box. Two columns. Both are text. The second column is linked to a cell. Then after pressing button, the linked cell value is converted to a range name and the range is selected.

How can I do this WITHOUT clicking a button? Meaning as soon as the choice is selected in the list.
