Hello chaps,
In column A is an address with lines seperated by commas. In column B is the Postcode. There are approx 3000 records and I need to re-create this in a single column. Eventually this ends up in MS Word, in a table, each address in a box in the format line 1, line 2, line 3, county. postcode The table is two addresses wide, and 1500 long. Is there a simple way of tidying it sufficiently to make it less labour intensive? Cheers, Marcus |

Hi Marcus
Not sure how you want the end result, but select Column "A" and try Data>Text to columns |
