AMALGAMATION

I have a number of spreadsheers stored on a site http://www.cds.ca/cdshome.nsf/Main-E?OpenFrameSet. , (Under the heading T3). I need the information from each spreadsheet on to one main sheet

Their sheet My sheet
C5 A2
D21 B2
D22 C2
D23 D2
D24 E2
E21 B3
F21 B4
F22 B5
I do not need to transfer all the info, just some of it. After that sheet, I need the info from the second sheet on the web site to follow in a like manner.
Once I get the basics I could select what I want transferred.
