How do you copy a whole spreadsheet onto word? I need it to have the toolbar and cells and everything if you know what I mean, not just the cells.
Help! Please post a reply a.s.a.p!!! |

If you're looking to produce an *image* of the Excel window, try SnagIt from http://www.techsmith.com.
Works GREAT for just this purpose and last I looked, free 45-day trial. And there is Alt-Print screen in Windows. This copies the *active window* to the clipboard, so you can just Paste into Word. But I think SnagIt provides a much better image. _________________ TheWordExpert [ This Message was edited by: Dreamboat on 2002-04-05 04:08 ] |

Do you basically mean a screen capture?
If so, just hit ALT+PRINTSCREEN and then paste it into Word. HTH AJ |

Open word and Paste or Ctrl+V. should work.
