Thank you Dave,
what is VBE help? Is this the Excel's usual help or something else?
If it is the usual help- it's quite poor and with no examples.
Eli

Eli, the VBE (Visual Basic Editor) help is accessible via Alt+F11

Or in Excel's normal help try searching for:
"Using ActiveX Controls on Sheets"

Hi

Best i dont advertise but i would STRONGLEY suggest to things

1 Stick on this site few hours a day and read EVER post answer if you can join in the fun, are read try to understand the question and the replys, if poter is good and says thanks, then your know that a good one!

Take HOURS and years to get really goo but in weeks you be programming a bit...

2 Check when reading the signatures as many MVP and also poster have thier own sites CHECK them all i am yet to find a poor site each are very different and offer a different side to trhe way to do things, case of find whats best for you i guess.

Ill add Bill Jelen runs this site he ahs bundels of reference right her, NOW i warn you about Bill he a Expert Gurus Guur in the VBA filed... all will be perfect try to understand it and amened it PLAY is good fun and wonderful learning.

what more do you need, eh training packs , some site you look at in MVP and other posters offer this as well, caqnt recall if MrExcel does though, doubt will cost to much... not thier style. fair money for reall good material.
Do hope that helps
