Please help me figure out this one. I am trying to create a report using SQL dump data as a text file coming into excel.
i have 7 columns sorted by column A,B C ascending Column A has regional info EAST west North South Column B has 3 categories TEST, Production, no activity column c has names of the providers then column d,e,f,g has information related to providers. Now i want a report so that Column A ie East west north south comes on heading and column B becomes sub heading and all the providers within B are listed under it and all other information pertaining to them comes in the other columns. ie it shud look like North regions: -------------------------- Providers in test a provider addr a addra zipa codea b provider addr b addrb zipb codeb c provider subtotal: Provider in production a b c subtotal Total : East region: Provider in test a b c subtotal provider in prod a b c subtotal totals Grand totals: Is it possible in excel Thanks |
