I have a file that causes Excel to crash when I try to open it. What's the best way recover the VBA code?

Hi
many many reasons to why a crash might happen, can i sugest a searh on this site i spend hours posting ideas and comments look for my name, And can i ask what OP Windows your running what version of Excl and are you at work on a network.. was the file ever working...
