Filter problem

I used the formulae
=B3+(1-B2)
where b3 and b2 are times.However the resultant stored data cannot be filtered for time greather than 2:00. even when the format is set to time.

Can you give a detailed description of what you would like to see on your screen.

It would help if you gave an example with no.s and what the desired result would be.
