Is there a way to force Excel to format scientific notation such that the exponents are in multiples of three?
10^9, 10^6, 10^3, ones, io^-3, 10^-6, 10^-9, etc. That way the answers will be in engineering terms.

I figured that the question was still out there and didn't have a good answer yet, so what the heck!
