Excel's help file says:
Quote:
|
To open Quattro Pro for Windows files, click Quattro Pro 1.0/5.0 (Win) in the Files of type box. If Quattro Pro 1.0/5.0 (Win) is not listed in the Files of type box, you must install the Quattro Pro 1.0/5.0 (Win) file converter.
|
If you have QPW 6.0 files, try this:
Quote:
Microsoft Excel 97 can open Quattro Pro version 5.0 for Windows (WB1) files but cannot open files created in Quattro Pro version 6.0 for Windows (WB2). First open the file in Quattro Pro version 6.0, and save the file in QPW (*.WB1) format. Then open the WB1-formatted file in Microsoft Excel.
If you need to work in a file in both Quattro Pro version 6.0 and in Microsoft Excel, save the file in Quattro Pro as a Lotus 1-2-3 WK4 file. Microsoft Excel can open and save files in the WK4 file format.
