custom drop down lists

I want to create a drop down list just like the one that drops down when you right click in Excel. I can get a form to appear when I right click, I just don't know how to
(a) make it a menu style list and
(b) make it appear at the cursor location.

Can it be done?

You can customize your right click menu. Take a look at the following threads to get started:
