How do you remove old links in a file when you cannot find where they exist? I've tried find/replace with the link name. I've tried search for formulas. I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated!!

Hey
Try Edit-Links-Change Source. If you select your open file itself it should close the loop and kill the link (if phantom). If you get an error you likely have a Named range, formula, or chart series with an external reference. Adam |

Go to Edit > Links. Click the link you want remove and click change source. Then select the file name of the file you have open and click whatever the name of the button is to close the dialog box.
You are basicly linking the data to itself which removes the errent link. Just be sure the link is actually not wanted.before you do it |
