Advanced filter and copy to a new worksheet , create a macro

I have a workbook containing 10 worksheets

Sheet 1 - summary of data

Sheet 2 - "master list" (data base)12 columns by approx. 200 rows. Two columns contain the information required for filtering.
(Column H(Gender) has 2 variables "male" and "female", and column I(Year) has 6 variables Years "1985 to 1990" - "1988/1989/1990" are combined as "U14"

Sheets 3-10 - Are sub-lists of the data in the master list or data base. The entries in each of these list will in total add up to the number of entries in the data base.

I would like to:

1. Transfer each item in my present list to the appropriate sublist.

2. Have excel update Sheets 3 through 10 as new entries are added to the master list.(It updates the sumary using the sum and if functions)

or

Expand the updated count summary to the appropriate sub list as individual entries

** Please note that of the 12 columns in the master list I only want to copy 8; not including the filtering columns or the leading number, to sublists.

My present results are:

I can auto filter the list then cut and paste to the proper sheet where it can be edited.

When I use advance filter I get the whole list "Copied to" as directed but neither restricted to the entries wanted nor to the shrunken columns.

Your assistance would be much appreciated. This is my first query. I hope that I have not been too lengthy but have provided sufficient information
