Table Data Sort Function causing mix ups

Can someone explain to me why when I try to sort Column 9 from Newest to Oldest (or any type of sort) it causes the values to become mixed up. For example Column 1 is a lot # and Column 2 is the manufacture date. Column 9 is a completion date. When I sort them by column 9 values that are supposed to correspond to each other get mixed up. I have included an example of that as well. Why does this happen?
