Hallo! Me again!
I have 2 columns A & B. On col. A i have either "o", "r" or "p" and on col. B there are numbers. I have a formula to get totals depending what col. A indicates (it's a SUMIF formula where if cell C1 = "r" I get the sum of all rows in col. A that have "r" & "p"). The question is: If the total comes up from the cells in col. A that have "r" & "p", Is it possible to automatically hide all other rows ?? Thanks once more |

Use Data-Filter-Advanced Filter.
First, set up a criteria. In a cell, input the column heading for the column with the r, p & o designations. in the cell below the column heading, input r. In the cell below that, input p. Then name the 3-cell range. Use that name in the Advanced Filter process when asked for the criteria. |
