How do I change the XLStart folder

Hello,

I cannot save Macros in the PERSONAL Workbook, because Office is on a server, the folder XLStart also and I don't have the necessary permission to create this workbook on this server/folder.

This path is given by Application.StartupPath, but this method is Read-Only and I don't find on the Registry the appropriate key.

So how can I save the PERSONAL.XLS ???

Create your own personal.xls and save it on your local c: drive in a folder. Then under options, on the general tab, point to this folder in the Alternate Startup Location
