easy question

I can't populate a combo box with text. I am using excel 97. I right click the combo box and then go to format control, but there is only three tabs, and none of them let me put text in the combo box. Please help.

In the Control Tab, there are two boxes. In the first one you HAVE to (You can't write something in there) choose a range that has the options that will appear in the ComboBox.
