problem with named range and LOOKUP

hi, hope someone can tell me why I'm getting the #NA value on this worksheet, urgently please as I'm got exams Monday

MEMBERSHIP TYPE FULL YEAR HALF YEAR SWIMMING CARDIO
MEMBERSHIP FEES 450 250 100 150

ADMIN CHARGE 20

NAME MEMBERSHIP TYPE PAID OWING
PETER FULL YEAR 470 0
JOHN HALF YEAR 270 0
GRAHAM HALF YEAR 270 0
CHRIS HALF YEAR 170 100
LOO CARDIO 250 #N/A
SAM FULL YEAR 470 0
LUKE HALF YEAR 270 0
SWIMMING 120 0

The VLOOKUP formula in OWING column cannot find the corresponding value in data list.

What is the OWING column function and also data list where it picks the values.

More info required to give exact answer
