Printing and Help Problems

Error message with red X stating Excel cannot complete the task with available resources. Choose less data or close other applications. I close that and another box pops up with not enough system resources to display completely. I can print with all of the suite except Excel. The office Assistant won't open in Excel either. A box pops up with I need Microsoft Agent 2.0. I need to print my workbooks for work.
PLEASE HELP...I have worked with Excel since Excel came out and have never encountered these problems...
