I have two columns on one sheet - namely bonus plan name which has a listing of 6 possible bonus Plans (A,B,C,D,E,F)
The next column to the right has a listing of 5 possible performance rating for an employee (AA, AB, AC, AD, AE) In a separate column - using vlookup - I'm trying to input a bonus payout % number There are completely different bonus payout % numbers for an employee - (based on what bonus plan and what performance rating they have. Can anybody help with a vlookup formula that will work using two conditions! Maybe this requires something different. Thanks. |
