Formula Question

I need to make a formula that will look at 3 cells, then pick the cell with the highest value. Then, add the average of the other to cells to this highest value cell. How would this be done?

Is this

=MAX(A1:C1)+(SUM(A1:C1)-MAX(A1:C1))/2

what you want?
