changing doc file to excel

looking for a easy solution on taking a doc file and changing it to excel..any ideas

Is the text in tables or straight text or...? Can you paste some of it here?

If the text is in a table, and the table contains no paragraph returns, you can use Table-Select table, copy and paste.
