In Quatro pro you can add comments to a formula by typing a semicolon (

Chosts about me post has g g ggone. I did say not that i know commenst you can play with easy, and VBA them to really cool one. i hate the sqaure bos so i have little fluff blue sky and top white cloudes, ok its a fade but best i could do... select it right click on the boarder and edit profiles... nice..

Hi
If its that painful attach a command button to trip the right click add comment etc... Assign to what ever is active cell. this i use so i avaoid boaring yellow boxes..

If you want the comment to show, you could make it all text. That way you have the results of the formula and the comment in the same cell.
Example: =TEXT(A1+A2,"0") & " This is a comment" |

= xxxxxxx & CHAR(10) & & " " & N(whatever ....)

fell i forgot the " " = xxxxxxx & CHAR(10) & & " " & N("whatever ....") I must get excel back ASPA and throw XP Win out... Did you know in WinXP you assign new printer via explorer! i shake me head.....
