I'm creating an invoice in Excel. My problem is when I add a graphic with color, or even when working with an existing template that has color, everything prints in black and white. No color. One of the things I wanted to accomplish was to add a logo to the body of the invoice but as a watermark so it would appear faded. Yet, I wanted even the faded color to show and to print. You can see the colors when viewing the document but like I said everything prints black and white.
Can anyone help? |

Go to File/Print.
Asssuming your colour printer has been selected, then click on Properties, then select the Color tab. Usually, the default option on colour printers is to print in greyscale. Change the selection to Automatic. Nobby |

Printer is already set to automatic. Somehow I figured this problem out before but it's been too long.
