Dropdown boxes

Can any help me with the problem i am having with dropdown boxes?I want to create a dropdown box,but i dont know how to do so.
example:mr or mrs should drop down when I click on it

please help somebody

For an in-cell dropdown box you need to select Data/ Validation from the menubar.

Under 'Allow:' select 'List' and then enter Mr, Mrs in the Source box - alternatively refer to a range on the same sheet that houses your list.
