I assume that you want this for defined range of cells and not for all empty cells in the worksheet. You can select all empty cells in a range by Edit | Goto | special | blanks, and put "=0" in the active cell. Eli |

Thanks Eli, is there a way of updating all cells in one hit or do I have to update individually?
