I have Data from B2:R500.
In Col Q is my Salesman Code (026, 029, etc). I've sorted the SSheet by Salesman Code, then by Customer, then by Inv#. I've then used a Data Filter to only show the 026 Sales Code. My intent is to Cut the 026 data from B2:B40 and paste it to another Sheet in the Workbook. I did this by going to B2 and hit CTRL + Shift + END (which hi-lites the lines I need). However when I do so, it copies over all 500 lines rather that the 39-40 I need. Is there a way around this? Recording the MAcro will be easy if I can get by this snag. Should I even be using the Data Filter? I thought maybe I could somehow look in Col Q and where the data ends for SAlesman 026, insert a blank line. Then when I use CTRL + SHIFT + End from B2, the Cut and Paste would be easy. However, I don't know how to accomplish this either. I can then do the same for the other Salesman. Need someones help or Suggestions. Thanks, Zac |

Instead of using try using
Advance filter It will give you the option where to post your data.. criterial etc. in advance filter you select the range as per your need only. nishith desai http://www.pexcel.com
