In a worksheet with different hyperlinks that I have made, I have the following problem:
All hyperlinks to Word-, Excel- and PDF-files work without problems, but all hyperlinks to html-files (that are saved on our network) do not work. The destination for the hyperlink is for example \serversharepathdocument.html When I click on this hyperlink in my Excel worksheet, Internet Explorer is opened but with the Address \servershare only, so that IE cannot display the page Can somebody tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks Sieka |

Do you know the assigned Drive letter to
the network drive ?? eg Y:shared If so then try using this in the hyperlink OR try assigning the drive via mapping the network drive in Explorer. ie. Use a Drive letter and not the UNC drive Ivan [ This Message was edited by: Ivan F Moala on 2002-03-18 01:08 ] |
