I noticed that Mark W. provides very neat formatted text at least with Pivot Table examples.

1. Does the Table information come direct from Excel?

2. Are there tools or shareware to take ss information and put it on this site or newsgroup sites?

3. Microsoft apparently changed Pivot Tables from 97 to 2000. Were there also major changes form 2000 to 2002?

Dave, I'm using HTML for my PivotTable examples...

1. First, I save the worksheet containing the PivotTable as .csv
2. I change its extension to .txt, open it and paste it into Netscape Composer
3. ...then use the Tools | Tableize | By Commas menu command...
4. ...then View | Page Source
5. Copy the HTML code and Paste into Word where I eliminate all ^p
6. ...and, finally, paste the "compressed" HTML code into a reply posting.
