Help!!!!
I am trying to format a table of info. I have 15 values I have placed into another sheet. I have a column of Data (Column D), if any values in Column D equal one of the values on the other sheet I would like to have the cell grayed. I am stuck as it seems I can only compare conditional formatting for one value. Thanks. Gary |

See http://www.mrexcel.com/board/viewtop...917&forum=2&15 and note that can't have your comparison values on another worksheet.

Lets say that your data start at row 1 (D1) in D. Select column D. Activate Format|Conditional Formatting. Select Formula Is for Condition 1. Enter as formula: =COUNTIF(ValSet,$D1)>0 Activate Format. Select the color of interest on the Patterns tab. Click OK, OK. |
