Find duplicate names in column

I have a column that has people's names in it. Is there a way that I can search to see if a name has been entered more than once?

Download the file nos 7 and file nos 19 from

http://www.pexcel.com/download.htm

if you dont want to enter duplicate entry in column then see file nos.27

Why not create a PivotTable with 'Count of Name' in DATA area and 'Name' in the ROW area?
