Sometimes an Excel file gets saved with a default to print say nine copies. When this happens I cannot figure out how to default it back to one. I can change it to one and save it but when I open it again it says nine. Any ideas?

Try clicking on your printer's properties and changing the number of copies to print from in there- in mine, this appears under the 'Features' tab.

In the print box I am able to change the number of copies but even if I then save it -- when I open it again it still says nine copies. I only have 3 or 4 files this way but it is irritating if I forget and then print 9 copies of my draft. Has anyone else experienced this?
