CommandButton Scroll

Is there a way to have a command button stay visible on a worksheet at all times. What I am looking for is to have the button scroll along with the sheet.

Instead of using a command button, create a custom toolbar with a button and attach it to the Workbook. Tool bars do scroll with the sheet.
