Excel 2000 - convert Help to ext

I would like to convert excel 2000 help file to text to print it out.

I have a little shareware called Help2Text which converts Windows .hlp file to ASCII, but in the 2000 version the format of the help file(s) has been changed.

All this 'cause I can't find on the web a tutorial that covers excel forms in a decent way. Also, how can I see the VBA code of the template "INVOICE" (which comes with excel 2000). This template seems to be password protected.

Any suggestions?
