Can I view two spreadsheets that I have open at the same time ? Also can I move down data in one and the other spreadsheet moves down the list at the same time? To easily compare data.

If the data in both worksheets are at the same place in each, you could use a separate sheet to show the values that you want to compare in adjoining cells.
Cell A1 would contain the information from worksheet1 and cell B1 would contain the information from worksheet2. Then copy the formulae down the columns and view them that way. Make sure you remove the $ from your first formula so that it copies the relative addresses from each worksheet. |
