ok here goes, in a cell I have a formula that bring data from another sheet -
=Order_Form!$F$20 now what i want is after the data has been brought I dont want it to change if I make a change in F20, does that make sense? If it doesnt write back and I'll tr and make it clear! thanx Rutter |

You can change the formula to value by doing the following:
Select the range, choosing Edit > Copy, Edit > Paste Special, click Values, click OK.
