Thanks, the sumproduct formula worked. Can I carry it to multiple columns? If I have 5 columns of color and 5 columns of price?

Hey again,
I was able to get it to work with more than 1 column- so it looks like more columns will be ok: =SUMPRODUCT((A1:E100="red")*(F1:J16<50000)) Assuming Columns A,B,C,D,E colors match with columns F,G,H,I, and J respectively. Adam |
