KINDA OF GNATT CHART

Does anybody have any ideas on how to make a kind of gnatt chart in excel.
Like:

A1 = Start date:
A2 = 8/15

B1 = Finish Date
B2 = 9/18

Like it to show up yo the right hand side of the dates, like in cells C2 through wherever.

Need it to shade in the cells corellating to the dates in cell A2 and B2
