tab from one textbox to another

What do I need to set so thata user can use the tab button to access the textbox or listbox that follows?

If you mean on a Userform, go to the design mode and right click on the Userform. Select "Tab Order" move the controls up and down in the list until you have them in the order you want. Top of the list is the first item in the tab order.
