TAB STOPS FOR EXCEL 2000

I want to use tab stops in a worksheet. I tried the unlocking of cells in combination with the password protection. I know that works with older versions of Excel but doesn't work with 2000. Any other ideas?

I tried it on Excel 2000 and it works.
