I have built a custom shortcut menu to operate on my sheet. I have removed all toolbars and the sheet runs in full screen mode to provide a clutter-free environment. My shortcut menu consists of three macro buttons which all work fine. I now want to add the File and Window menus that are normally found on the Worksheet Menu Bar. Is this possible and if so, what is the procedure for referencing these menus in my code?

Have you tried using customise and then adding those features from the file menu?

It is not possible to use the customize dialog on pop-up shortcut menus. The menu has been built from scratch in VBA but I don't know how to add pre-defined Excel menus to a menu built this way.

Can anybody confirm whether or not this is possible? I've spent the past couple of days trawling sites looking but not found anything helpful.

Nick,
I have a document from Microsoft that can help you. It details how to return the item number for various pop-up menu commands, and how to include them in custom pop-up menus. If you let me know your email address (couldn't find it in your profile) I will email it to you. Thnx Stuart |
