COMBO BOX

Ive read thru previous posts on combo boxes but cant make sense of them. I want to use a combo box on a form. The combobox gets its values from part of a spreadsheet. After they choose an item from dropdown list and enter a value the value into a column related to the item they picked in the list. Make sense?? Any ideas appreciated.

No , in particular, what follows:

Care to precise what is supposed to happen after a selection is made from your combobox?

And how did you create the combobox -- using View|Toolbars|Forms? What is its Input range and its Cell link?
