Another question in 3 mins, sorry. I know that we have UPPER, LOWER, PROPER function to format capitalization, but how can you format something like "field Trip Ex" or anything in that form.

Capitalization isn't accomplished through formatting. A capital letter is an entirely different value for its lower case counterpart. Formatting governs the way a value is displayed, but doesn't alter the underlying value.
