Input box sequential number

I have a spread sheet used to getdata from other spread sheet using macro. Can anyone help how to get sequential number when the user clicks the macro Getdata.

I want to know how to generate sequential number on a workshet automatically. For example: Year+Month+Day+hour format. I;m new to excel i d'nt have any coding.

current date and time is
=now()
