APPLICATION ERROR

Yes... I get this stupid little message in my program(i think it is when the program has done too much thinking to quickly.)

but the error keeps shutting down the program. any suggestions or ideas as to how i can best combat the problem?

Hmmmm. a new operating system to replace windows? any thing a bit easier i might be able to do?
