What do you think???

I have an Excel app that is using an excel add-in to retrieve values from a server (PI Server). I'm not sure if any of you are familiar with PI, it's software made by OSISoft, and the add-in is called PI-Datatlink. Here's the problem. I have about 300 cells that are displaying these values from our "PI" server. Using the application.ontime event, I am refreshing the range of cells holding these values. After a certain amount of refreshes, I start getting #NULL! instead of the value from our "PI" server. I guess my question is, do you think this is a bug with the OSISoft software (the excel add-in), or have you heard or know of this problem being an excel bug?? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks in advance folks.
