Default Doing it PROPERly

I need staff names drawn from a spreadsheet to produce name badges (amongst other things)

Using PROPER, I can overcome most of their Capitalisation problems, but when it comes to those damn Scots like McDonald and MacIntosh I'm having problems.

How can I capitalise the 3rd or 4th letter, as well as the 1st, if the second and third letters are either "c" or "ac" ?

Thanks in advance
