Hello all,
In my following questions I am not looking for VBA or Conditional Formatting solutions! (Qroozn suggested again conditional formatting but its no good as I need about 6 conditions.) 1) Is there any way to custom format cell by its TEXT content, like([red][="eli"]0)? 2) Is there any way to color the entire cell when condition is met, not just the fonts ? 3) The examples in the help to Custom Format are quite poor in Excel97, can anybody recommend on a tutorial? Thanks in advance, Eli [ This Message was edited by: eliW on 2002-05-01 23:01 ] |

I'll stick to the conditional formatting approach.
(what is wrong with it?) |
