Hello... I need to create a graph as follows...
VERY HIGH * HIGH * * MED * LOW LOW MED HIGH VERY HIGH The problem is, I don't really know how to enter the values in a table..... and how do I get low to represent say, 1 and med 2 high 3 very high 4... so that the graph can be shown? Help a newbie to excel.. thanks! Pier. |

HI--
Sounds like first you need to set out another sheet to convert values that you have into High Med Low and so on then make the graph - suggest wizar and edit / custom as required. To return text need IF formula and work from there. HTH Rdgs ========== Jack |
