Hi again Murrey,
If you want to use cell color fill, simply use Conditional Formatting (Alt-OD) and set the Condition 1 to "Cell Value Is", next dropdown to "equal to", and third dropdown to "Time to Call" (or whatever the tickler string is that is yielded by the formula), and finally click the Format button, select the Patterns tab and select the fill color you desire. You can also pick a font color, size, etc.
